This paper attempts to show the quantity and quality of distance learning tools such as print books, notebooks, E-books and other educational multi-media equipments which help us to achieve equation and liberation in education and training for all people in Iran.. It is necessary to state that the majority of population in Iran are very young .Every year a huge number –more than one and half million students -take part in an educational competition which is done as entrance examination ..

Abstract:
Current research aimed at investigating the infrastructure of library services for distance education In P.N.U libraries and in relation with educational structure. Data was collected using document observation and survey (for the five-year-period, from 2002 to 2006). The statistical community consisted of 10 big centers and 10 small ones. Randomly selected centers, was distributed throughout the country, according to the branches of P.N.U.

The Measures taken to Standardize and evaluate the performance of the State Academic Centers have played major roles in enhancing the education quality. Payam-e Nour university, which is one of major Open Universities of AOU, has 600 centers and 2000 faculty board members and, by far, is an educational pole in the country. According to studies on sectors offering services particularly organizations active in scientific fields, EFQM model is deemed to be suitable for evaluating the university ..
